silver lining

Hope Christmas was good for y'all! :D For me, I had a relatively uneventful Christmas, apart from the wonderful lunch I had with my family at Kenny Rogers :) Left the house again in the evening to walk along Orchard Road with Kylie, and I got all starry eyed at F21 because they had a ginormous collection of knitwear, crotchet tops and pullovers. ME GUSTA. In the end we walked from Orchard (they had a float parade this year) all the way to City Hall, appreciating the beautiful night lights.
So anyway I was editing my Thailand photos cuz I was thinking of posting them up on Tumblr, here are the ones I took at Coast Samet.

Sorry if the photos are heavily edited, but I have big plans for them. One of the things on my bucket list is to get over 100 notes for a personal photo I post on Tumblr. Ya ya I know people out there get 200k+ notes, but baby steps people! I already reached my 75 notes milestone, and my next aim ain't too far from that.
Also, Coast Samet is a beautiful place! Great for cheap beach vacations. I know everybody wants to go to exotic places like the Maldives and Miami... but beaches in Asia aren't too bad :)

Anyway I recently discovered the joys of Instagram, posted a lot of random picts there, just because. Follow me @takeonexx if you're interested! Not gonna link it to Twitter or anything because I will seriously spam people's timelines with crap.

It's the time of the year when we people do our routine end-of-year post and count our blessings. Not sure if I'm gonna do one this year, because this year was the epitome of uneventful.
I do remember that I was obsessed with this song last year- New York by Paloma Faith. It's a unique song and I got hooked, though I can't relate to it.

Anyway I've decided to create a Formspring account. Feel free to ask me any questions (though I expect only 5 questions a year) or else I'll only be answering Formspring questions of the day :(
